iCalamus offers complete undo for all work steps in a document. You deleted a frame by mistake? You have overwritten some text? You have moved an image? These steps and many more can be undone using this menu item. Basically, this menu item will also show the function name of the last work step. You can then see if the last undoable work step is the one you expected.
