In most languages, the writing direction is left-to-right

Therefore, it is also the default writing direction in all iCalamus
localizations which also write left-to-right
.
You can switch the writing direction for the currently selected text paragraph or the currently selected text by using the relevant submenu entries for Paragraph or Selection. These functions correspond to the identical writing direction buttons in the Text inspector.
