Whenever you want to save the changes in an open document, choose
this menu item. If you have created a new document, you will be asked
for a meaningful file name first.
Auto-zapisoption has been removed from the General Preferences. iCalamus now supports the new Autosave and Versioning methods by OS X. Even new documents which haven't been saved with a user-defined document name, are now automatically saved.
Auto-zapismethod from OS X doesn't work on some removable storage devices like USB memory sticks.
