Quit iCalamus

Please quit iCalamus only by selecting this menu entry. Otherwise you cannot be sure to have saved all documents on the hard drive.

Because iCalamus supports the so-called Sandboxing, it no longer asks you to save changed or new documents when you quit the application. All currently opened documents will quietly and automatically be saved on quit.

If you hadn't saved a new document with an assigned filename before, it will automatically be saved by OS X in your sandbox. On the next program launch, it will automatically be opened again in the same state.

Important: In order to use the Autosave mechanism by OS X, you will have to switch off an option in the System Preferences. In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences > General and uncheck the option Close windows when quitting an app.
