This is the most important tool in iCalamus. Whenever you want to edit an object, a frame, a group or a guide, you will have to activate it first. Therefore you use this tool.
When you resize or move a selected frame, the mouse cursor changes in order to show you the options.
You can also directly copy one or more frames using the Selection tool. Choose the frame or the frames (while pressing [Shift]). When you move them to another position afterwards, while pressing the [Option] key, the frames will be copied when you release the mouse button. The mouse cursor shows the copy mode by changing its form:
